What to check before you buy in Mallory Square

1. Roof and insurance. Homes here were built 2005 to 2007. Homes in this band are roughly fifteen to twenty years old, so many are at or just past the point where an original shingle roof gets replaced. Ask when, and by whom, and whether the permit was closed.
2. Bond. Set per parcel and issued when each unit was platted, so two homes in Mallory Square can carry very different balances. Ask for the exact balance before comparing prices.
3. Price range. Closed sales since May 4, 2026 ran from $269,800 to $850,000. The median describes the middle of that range, not any one street or floor plan.
