What to check before you buy in Polo Ridge

1. Roof and insurance. Homes here were built 1999 to 2002. Most homes in this band are now around twenty years old, which puts them squarely in the window where an original roof has been replaced or is about to be. That one fact moves insurance quotes more than anything else on the inspection report.
2. Bond. Set per parcel and issued when each unit was platted, so two homes in Polo Ridge can carry very different balances. Ask for the exact balance before comparing prices.
3. Price range. Closed sales since May 4, 2026 ran from $225,000 to $820,000. The median describes the middle of that range, not any one street or floor plan.
